ACRYLIC CUSHION

Το Acrylic Cushion είναι ένα σύστημα τάπητα με υπόβαση απορρόφησης κραδασμών ταχύτητας ITF 1-4. Μερικά από τα μεγαλύτερα τουρνουά, όπως το Australian Open, το Laver Cup και το US Open λαμβάνουν χώρα σε γήπεδα αυτού του είδους.
Aspahlt/Concrete
A compacted leveling layer of approximately 10 cm thickness made with crushed road stone (3A).An even, closed-type asphalt layer with a thickness of 5-7 cm.
In some cases, the base layer may be constructed using industrial concrete.
Asphalt Emulsion/Primer
An application of asphalt emulsion is performed to smooth out the surface and effectively seal the pores of the asphalt, enhancing durability and providing a uniform foundation for the next layers.
If the base layer is industrial concrete, a special penetrating primer is applied to enable proper adhesion of the rest of the system.
Αντικραδασμικό Σύστημα Cushion
Εφαρμογή σε στρώσεις, τάπητα από κόκκους καουτσούκ και ρητινούχα υλικά πάχους 3mm-4mm. Σκοπός είναι να προσδοθεί στο σύστημα ελαστικότητα και υψηλού βαθμού απόσβεση κραδασμών. Η τελική ταχύτητα ITF ρυθμίζεται από τον αριθμό στρώσεων του συστήματος Cushion.
Acrylic Coating System
Acrylic resin coating, colored throughout with added water and quartz sand in precise proportions. The application is done in multiple overlapping cross layers, and the court markings are painted using the same type of color without added sand.
